Robert Adams
Chartered Architect
Robert Adams is a Londoner born and bred. He founded
the successful practice of Robert L Adams Architects in 1992.
By the time it was incorporated into Adams + Collingwood
Architects the practice had developed dynamically from one
man to at one stage 12 architects currently it is a team of 5
and has recently rebranded as ABL3 Architects on the retirement
of Robert Collingwood and appointment of new
Director Tamsin Bryant. During these 34 years he carried out
a substantial portfolio of work in a broad range of categories
including schools, restaurants, health and fitness clubs, houses
and housing. The prime examples of these categories can be
seen in the complete redevelopment of Egyp- tian Cultural
and Educational Bureau, the Cafes at Salisbury Cathedral and
Bristol City Museum, the complete development of Clapham
High Street for Soho Gyms and the development of 6 new
town houses in Wimbledon. Recenly the practice has completed
several new build sustainable one off houses.
