The Design Review Panel (www.designreviewpanel.co.uk) were instructed by East Devon District Council (EDDC) to provide multidisciplinary, expert, independent and impartial guidance and feedback to the local authority, applicant and design team during the pre-application design stage. Adam has been employed by the Local Highway Authority for approximately 18 years firstly in Suffolk, then Essex, and now Somerset as a Principle Planning Liaison Officer. His career has ranged from Public Rights of Way Officer, to Highway Maintenance, and since 2006 in Planning Liaison. He has always had an underlying passion for off-road routes; PROW, cycleways, and green lanes. A major aspect of his education & expertise revolves around PROW & countryside access.
